Hello I don't know what I'm able to gain from this. I have been suffering on going depression and anxiety for many years.
and I'm stuck in a bit of a hole at the moment.
I love my job and my little dog but hate my life after something that happened when I was a child and I'm unable to move on

I was sexually abused by a cousin

I'm sorry you were sexually abused by a cousin-Were you ever able to confide in anyone about this and was the situation ever dealt with? If not, then this means that the event is not closed for you-You have no closure in helping you to deal with it. DOes this make sense?

I have told a very close friend, my work boss and then my mum
at the moment his mum (my God mother) has spoken to him and that's as far as its gone....
