Hey @ellie2000 this is a really good question and I wonder if it's so that maybe we can escape from the sadness and negative thoughts. Sadness can also be really exhausting and make us want to sleep.

Is this something you've been experiencing recently Ellie?

Hi @ellie2000, sorry to hear about the passing of your friend, that's awful news to hear. How are you feeling at the moment? We're here to support you.

Also sorry to hear that you're having to move due to bullying - it's not fair on you to have to move, and your feelings are valid. For the new place, have you received any information about where it is, or had the opportunity to visit it? Is there someone who is helping you with the move that might be able to answer your concerns/questions?

@ellie2000 , how are you doing today? It sounds like you have continued to be made to feel very uncared for and overlooked by your caring team at home. You mentioned that the staff are psychologically abusing residents - is that right?

Can I ask, what does this psychological abuse tend to look like? Would you feel safe sharing with us some more details about what happened?

No one has a right to treat you this way, Ellie, and we take what you share seriously. The following places are here for you if you're feeling unsafe or struggling to cope:
