Fingers crossed they are able to find a solution for you, whether it be through the phone/video, or perhaps even you finding an alternative way of getting there. You deserve to get the support you feel you need

Our community is moderated from 10am-5pm Mondays-Fridays with limited coverage in the evenings and over the weekends.
