    Hope you're doing okay today. I know how mentally challenign it can be when see that initial trigger to go down a whole rabbit hole of past issues. While I know easier said than done, try and remember that the things we see online are often just the 'highlights' of someones life, rather than the full picture.

    And as for the second part of your message - as cliche as it sounds, your time will come. I know how hard it can be sometimes to completely love ourselves, but you are beautiful just as you are and someone one day is gonna see that beauty and love you just the way you deserve to be loved. In the mean time, perhaps try and do little things that make you feel good - whether that be good on the outside or the in.
