    HI @Sims

This sounds like a really difficult situation to be in, but you've done really well sharing about it on here.

I first want to say it sound like you care so much about your friend and that is such a great quality to have. This situations sounds like a lot to be handling on your own. This community is always here for you. Please remember to look after yourself as well.

If you are still under the age of 19 Childline may be able to provide some advice/support for you.

Hi @Sims thank you so much for making this post. We can hear your concern for your friend, and you're doing really well to share about this. I can imagine that navigating this situation might have felt isolating, especially if you're feeling that no one else is sharing your worry.

You mentioned that the trusted adult of you and your friend now lives across the world. May I ask who this person was to the both of you?

Our advise here would be for you to encourage your friend to open up to someone else she trusts such as another trusted adult family member, or a trusted adult professional, such as a teacher, GP, or a Helpline such as Childline for instance. How do you feel about this? Do you feel like your friend might feel comfortable enough to open up?

In terms of further advice and support, some of the following organizations may be able to support your friend:

How does that sound? How are you coping personally too at this time?

Our adult was actually our school dean for our year group and she wouldn't be open to talking to anyone at all she dropped her therapist because he was "doing nothing" even though he was, she was so much more when she was actively going to one
