    Hi @Creativeboy23, thank you for sharing this experience with us. I can hear how there are quite a few things on your mind at the moment. It sounds like the question from your support worker made you feel like you need to express yourself more thoroughly. How do you feel about that interaction after a couple of days? And that the question about your performance made you feel blamed as victim, which I can imagine is frustrating. How did you feel about the interaction, and the system more generally?

    You mentioned that your former friends may have wrongly accused you of being unkind. It's not nice to be accused of something that's not true! What makes you think that this might have happened? It's nice to hear that you remind yourself of what you're doing well. Could you share with us what things you do well that you like to remind yourself of? We're here to listen to you.

    @Creativeboy23 ask 4 a 'community navigator' frm ur doctor n they will give u wat u need. Weather it help with financial stuff, leisure stuff or services which ur struggling to find
