    @bignosegirly0 I’m really sorry you’re going through this. It’s not okay for anyone to treat you like that, and you don’t deserve to be bullied. You’re strong, and your feelings are valid. If you ever need someone to talk to, remember that you have the community to support you. Have you notified your manager about the workplace bullying as it definitely shouldn't be tolerated- or perhaps even escalate to HR if you feel necessary. Regarding the aromatherapy I would encourage you to discuss your options with a GP as they will best be able to answer your question. A lot people use Rescue Remedy which typically comes as a spray or pastilles and can be taken orally or applied topically and this is something you can buy at most pharmacies or drug stores. It's worth assessing your options but I would recommend doing your research and notifiying your GP of any over the counter medication you might start to take. <3
