(TW suicide) why would I want to be alive when those who’s ruined me are living better lives?

Have you ever considered trying counselling for your self esteem and self worth? Sure, I know things feel unbearable right now, but with the right support, there’s no reason why you can’t work through this.
I think it’s all too easy to think that other people have their live figured out but tbh, nobody has a perfect life. We’re all struggling with something in one way or another. Even if that’s not obvious. Social media especially only shows the highlights and it can be so misleading. People never show the shite they’re going through in the background.
This reminds me of when I saw the richest man in our county, a fella who had everything you could ever think of, on his knees in church, crying & pleading for help. It really put things into perspective for me.
