Hey everyone, my name is Riley, male and I’m 23 years old. I’m here mostly because of my loneliness. I’ve had this struggle for about 8 years now. I haven’t had any friends for a long time, I’d say close to a decade, I’ve had no relationship experience either and I can see from posts that a lot of people here can sadly relate. Although, I’d much rather be alone in such issues and have you all be happy. A little about me if you’re interested, I volunteer with a local scouts as a leader to get kids outside more and be more open to connecting with others, plus I love children, I’m a poet, love to bake, avid reader and love hikes/travel, quite the old soul, if you will. I’d love to meet new people and make new connections, as stated above it’s been a struggle for so long and I’ve grown so lonely and tired of it, it needs to change and I have for a long while been putting in the work to change it, but sadly, not much luck so far.

I’m a friendly and kind soul, so if anyone wants to talk please do message. I’d love to hear from you all. :)

    I used to volunteer as a leader for the local Beavers in my town!! Little kids can be so sweet and funny but honestly a little bit scary sometimes 😭
    What type of poetry do you like? I also love baking, recently I made chai muffins and they were delicious

    @stardust444 Thank you for the warm welcome. They truly can be so sweet, honestly. I volunteer across all the ages. Though I agree, they can be a little scary. 😭 I write all kinds of poetry, a lot of love poems though, because I’m a sap. Chai muffins sounds absolutely delicious, I may have to try that. I baked some Christmas cookies for myself, they were very enjoyable. I’m glad you enjoyed your muffins. ☺️Thank you for the lovely message. I hope 2025 treats you softly and lovingly.
