reminder if your having a hard day 💕🫂

i wanted to put this here bc i know many of us have difficult days some more then others so i wanted to put this together so if your struggling or just having a difficult day then looking at these reminders might be helpful. 💕

- you are stronger then your anxious thoughts they will pass. 💕

- its ok if today didn’t go as planned tmr is a new day. 💕

- you have gotten through hard days before youll get through this one. 💕

- your not overreacting for feeling your feelings. 💕

- its ok to have days where you arent as productive. 💕

- having a bad day doesnt make you a bad person.💕

- its ok to have days where all you do is survive.💕

- you cant be positive all the time your allowed to have down days.💕

- your doing your best that is all that matters .💕

im proud of you all bc your all doing your best i hope these reminders help you 💕

    Oh this is so wonderful @eylah . Thank you for sharing. Lots brilliant reminders. Two of my favourites are, "your not overreacting for feeling your feelings" and "its ok if today didn’t go as planned tmr is a new day". I'm going to hold onto those <3

    @eylah Thank you. 😭 Ah, I’m sorry to hear… unless you don’t like the snow? Not everyone does. I absolutely love it. Though my hands were numb by the time I was finished with my “masterpiece”

    @Riley_2001 last time it snowed here i slipped on it and i bruised all my thigh and i was bed bound for days bc my hip killed 😩😂 but i do like it <3
