for anyone who has a bad experience with camhs, ive come here to tell you that there's actually a positive experience that's come out of it for me. i didn't have to wait at all to receive my first camhs appointment and my care coordinator and camhs counsellor are so understanding. for those who are still waiting for their first appointment, you can always use the mix to fall back on even though it isn't the most ideal method of support. you can also use the crisis messenger. you hear all of these bad experiences that come out of camhs so that's why i wanted to give the other side of the spectrum.

    Thank you for sharing your experience @toffuna101. As you say, often there is a flipped coin and we can acknowledge some of the positives and negatives of systems, such as CAMHS!
