Do ppl find it useful to nap in the afternoon? I do it at 3 bc if I do it after I think the world would end.
Also wats psychosis in simple words and how would u no if u hav it? Y did ppl ignore how I felt? Am I important?

    i personally have naps sometimes in the afternoons and theyre pretty helpful. psychosis is where you experience auditory, sensory and visual hallucinations along with delusions. you would know if you have it if you experience these symptoms by experiencing them regularly. people ignore how you feel because theyre unsympathetic to be honest with you. if they dont care, that means theyre toxic. and yes you are important. i hope this helps :)

    i cant answer all of the questions, however ill answer the first one. usually what happened for me is that a group of psychiatrists (yes it is one) will usually assess you whether you match the critera to be diagnosed or not. i was assessed by the camhs crisis team and was then diagnosed with psychosis. then you get a prescription for an antipsychotic (for me my first antipsychotic was risperidone).
