I told mum tht I was upset about how ppl ran things coz it's better than emailing the manager, can therapy make u wierd n worse?, nd a person sent me a msg who I don't know. Y dont ppl like it wen I tlk about their colleagues?. I h8 telling mum stuff, coz she needs to enjoy herself. Y dont the carestaff listen to my concerns?
I h8 getting frustrated with ppl. Why do I observe n bring things up tht needs to b improved?

    sorry you were up last night and feeling frustrated @ellie2000 it can be so upsetting to notice things that need changing or would work better if they did change, especially if people aren't receptive to hearing it. And a reminder that having opinions is a positive thing!

    Would you mind telling us a bit more about what the care staff weren't listening to you about? It might help me understand a bit more about this situation in particular.

    But well done for using this space to get out your frustrations <3 it's exactly what we're here for
