    @Gemma I still feel ppl ŕ thinking bad stuff about me. Am I a gd person? Why do I think this? Will setting up a new email get me a new view on life?

    @ellie2000 i don't think it's the best idea for me to tell u what to do as i don't know what's best for u, but i think the best thing to do is to trust ur gut! if u think getting a new email will help u then it's deffo worth a try. I'm sorry to hear ur feeling like ppl are thinking bad stuff about u, sometimes our minds like to make things up and overwhelm us, i'm sure ur a good person, i can't see anything about u that would make me think ur not good. Pls try not to be so hard on yourself, sending hugs <3
