    Hi @ellie2000 you are doing so well to reach out to us, so keep posting because we like to hear from you.

    You are not alone in how you feel, a lot of people catastrophise the small things- I too do the same thing so your feelings are completely valid. I think overthinking and worrying about even the smallest things allows us to feel somewhat in control of a situation and it becomes like a routine in a way that our brain fixates even on the smallest of problems. This becomes a problem when it starts to affect our day to day.

    Is there anyone close to you that you might be able to discuss this with? Or perhaps a mental health professional if you are quite concerned.
