Anyone else suffer from PCOS?

Does anyone else suffer from PCOS? I am looking for some advice.
I got diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago when I was around 20/21. At that time, I was still having periods but only around 4 a year maximum. However now at 24, I have not had a period in a year and a half. My symptoms are also getting worse like rapid weight gain, hair loss, and spots. Is it normal for PCOS to worsen over time? I don’t know if perhaps this has gotten worse due to stress.

That said, it is common for stress to cause delays to periods. And fluctuations in weight, either by gaining or losing a lot, can also cause irregular periods. So I imagine that stress and weight gain may further complicate the symptoms of PCOS.
According to the NHS https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/polycystic-ovary-syndrome-pcos/treatment/ losing some weight, if you are overweight, might help the symptoms a bit. If you are concerned by your symptoms, then your best bet is to talk to your doctor.
Hope someone else can provide better insight for you!
