If Ur tired, and you're having trouble getting positive mind. If u go to bed to cope. Is it alright to put urself first instead of seeing keyworker?

Of course your health should come first, so it's understandable if you are tired that you'll want to sleep and not talk to your keyworker. But equally, your keyworker is someone who is looking out for you and they should be understanding that there will some times that are inconvenient for you.
