I am sorry you are feeling this way, it must be so difficult to have those feelings surface. It is awful what is happening in Ukraine. Could you explain why you are suffering? is there something that has happened recently to make you feel this way? I understand that sometimes we can suffer for no in particular reason it may be due to the emotions you are feeling that are uncontrollable.
