It sounds like you're struggling a lot right now. Have you been able to reach out to anyone like Mr C for support around this. You deserve to be safe and supported. If these feelings are becoming increasingly worse and you're worried about your safety I would definitely get in contact with 999 or call 111 and they'll help you get the support you deserve.
