    @GreenTea I've just checked it out on bbc and it says:

    He wasn't in contact with the players so they will just play without him I think.

    Yes because the close contact rule comes into play. Everyone who was in close contact with him was required to be tested and they must've tested negative otherwise they'd be out too.

    It takes up to a week or so for a positive test after being around someone. So testing them the same time is pointless
