Can't Access Support Rooms

I can get through to the page where the rooms are supposed to be displayed but it's blank with no options to actually access any of the chats, I'm on a mobile and have tried with Firefox and Chrome, will try on Samsung internet next. Is there something I can do to fix this?

    Chats had to be cancelled last night so that will be why, should be running normally tonight :)
