Doing a second Undergrad degree

Hey guys, I'm thinking off doing a second Undergrad degree (Nursing or Occupational Health) but I've already done one in Psychology, I'm just wondering financially what support I will recieve? I'm planning on studying from home. I could also do with advice on how to apply and so forth, as when I've applied previously, I had the support of my college, where as this time, I don't.

Nursing is a passion for me, I work in health care at the moment, I love what my job entails, however, I'm not really enjoying where I'm working at the moment, and I'm kinda hit a rock with psychology as I don't know what to do with it. It's a pretty pointless degree unless you do a masters afterwards.

Help??!
