Hey everyone,
Research has found that happier people are more sociable and have stronger intimate relationships than less happy people. What do you think about this research? Are your relationships stronger when you’re happy?

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

Yes, I do think having good times together makes a relationship stronger, simply because you feel happier when your partner is happy, and especially when you experience that happiness together. The bad times have their role as well, they help you trust each other more and see if you are a good fit for when things aren't going great for one or both of you, but the bad times shouldn't be the norm. Being content and happy in your relationship is extremely important, because it's such a big part of your life, isn't it? I hope everyone has that type of relationship

But yeah. I dont even have any friends let alone be in a relationships cause im just v sad and depressed. And isolate myself from everyone. And if youre happy youre more likely to enjoy spending time with the other person. Basically If youre not happy- you may be distant from them so they cant even help and get fed up and then may lose contact or something.

That's a great question! For this thread I was referring to romantic relationships, but you're more than welcome to share your thoughts based on any relationships you have whether it's with friends or even family relationships
Thanks for sharing your thoughts
