I came on this forum a few times a couple of years back, when I needed to talk to someone, but now I'm 30, I'm not sure if it's still okay for me to be here.
I'm feeling really low and alone, and just needed to talk to someone. I joined a different forum not so long ago but it's not what I expected and I feel like it's somewhere I can't really talk. Is there anywhere else you can suggest/help with?

This place is really designed for 16-25s, but there are a few people around who fall outside of that range. So you're welcome to stick around! It's just worth bearing in mind that some of the support we offer might not be the most appropriate for you.
