    I am 37 and for a number of years I have felt lonely I'm friendly and do anything for anyone but I don't have anyone that I can turn to

    Hi robo77 - it's worth knowing that this community is for 16-25 year olds in the UK so you may find that it's not quite the right place for you and you may benefit from talking to other people your own age.

    You mentioned lonliness and I wonder if you have ever considered volunteering as a way to meet new people?
