hey, so today wasnt a very good day. I started it off with my teacher yelling at me, then i got humiliated, yelled at again, yelled at AGAIN, ignored, and then i was with my mom.

Me and her were driving home from my group therapy center and i had started to talk about my medications with her and how i wanted to switch them, then it slowly branched off into my self harm.

i tried explaining to her why i self harmed and why it helps me. She kept interrupting me and shutting me down. I started crying and then she began to talk about how hard it is to raise me and how she need comfort herself. Then i reminded her of the other night when i was literally about to kill myself and she just left, not even giving me a second to talk to her.

in the end, i'm pretty happy though. I managed to get my grubby hands on a pencil sharpener (i stole it) and now i think im going to put it to good use

Firstly I just want to say it’s so brave of you to open up to us about your struggles.

you mentioned your teacher yelling, do they do that a lot and would you feel comfortable reporting that to someone higher up in the school?

we are so proud of you for opening up to your mum especially when it sounds like it can be difficult to get through to her, how are you feeling now you’ve chatted to her?

You’ve mentioned self harming and I’d jus like to check if your feeling like you can keep safe?
