    Hey @BensonE thanks so much for this. I've just done some digging around on the Chatwee Dashboard and turns out we do have a CAB hyperlink!

    When you type "Citizen's advice" it will hyperlink as https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/about-us/contact-us/

    I've created a new one too which is Citizens Advice, for anyone who doesn't include the apostrophe!
