Redemption

They are going on about holidays again, said I get paid soon so it was the agreement to go, I don't want to. just don't like abroad unless maybe its America which would be expensive or a cruise which they don't want to do. I don't wanna be stuck in some hotel room and dragged around everywhere. Im an adult well over 18 but get forced and dragged to go but its not as simple as that in this house, kinda long story. I won't be able to come on here abroad too.

I went up to the mental health safe haven yesterday. They were super nice, talked to me and listened to me for a few hours until the quite intense thoughts started to dissipate, signposted me to a few organisations, and also spoke man to man to me about things, which helped a huge amount. They asked me if i'd be happy to come back next friday, which i am going to do. Honestly, one of the better experiences i've had with support.

im so angry at the world. ( not angry at anyone here btw ).

i just want to be happy. but im not . im always rly sad. i just want a happy life. currently doing colouring in bc its helping.
