Depressed rant with suicidal thoughts (no plan)

bignosegirly0bignosegirly0 Posts: 430 Listening Ear
I’ve cried my ass off all night and cried when getting ready for work. I hate being alive. I just want to give up.

I was suppose to discuss planning a day where I can buy a bike in order to get to my GP without my family knowing I’m purchasing anti-depressants. But my family wanted me to focus on preparing for my interview for a graphic design apprenticeship. It’s understandable, but it’s annoying that I had no time to treat myself because I’m having more panic attacks and mental breakdowns each work day due to being understaff because of labour laws.

Time to yourself is definitely something you should have please do get some time for yourself, your mental health and well-being is so so important. You're doing things to change too which is great, things will get better and we'll be here up to then and after they do ❤️.
