I lost my fucking college certificate

I found my graphic design certificate, but I can’t find my photography certificate. It’s from last year and I haven’t been in any education ever since.

I can’t remember whether I was just given it through a pdf document and deleted it later on.

But I wanna fucking cry. I’ve got an interview for a graphic design apprenticeship and I can’t find my godamn document and don’t know whether I will find it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@bignosegirly0 i know this won't make much difference, but try not to panic if your able. Some certificates get lost from time to time. It might be worth sending an email over to your college, and asking them to send a PDF copy of it over to you, so you can print it off quickly. Given it's sunday tomorrow though, you might not get it until Monday at the earliest, but it's something worth trying.

that’s such amazing news that you have an interview for the apprenticeship, congratulations!! how are you feeling about the interview?

i can only imagine how frustrated you must be feeling with being unable to find the certificate - i was in a similar situation a few months ago, thankfully i found my certificate though.

i’m not sure if all exam boards work the same, although typically you can get a digital copy of your certificates from them - maybe this could be an option if you can’t find your physical certificate?

@shannon_164 I’m looking forward to it. I’m still waiting for a response from my exam boards. I did receive an automatic message, stating they will likely respond within five days. Fingers crossed, I manage to get my certificate 🤞

aw that’s good you’re looking forward to it @bignosegirly0 - that makes it a little easier when you’re feeling positive for it as interviews can be such a nerve wracking thing!!

hopefully you get a response asap - could you even contact your college too? i know with one of my certificates we got asked if we wanted a digital copy in case we lost the physical copy though we got told to go through the college instead as they can get a digital copy quicker than us ourselves contacting the exam board directly; i’m not 100% sure how it all works but that could maybe be an option too?
