    That sounds so hectic and stressful! Handling all of that on your own must have been overwhelming so it makes sense your body reacted that way.
    I'm glad to hear that people did come to help eventually! Staffing issues are so common in jobs like that and it is pretty unfair how much stress that can put on workers.

    I know panicking can come with a lot of shame especially when you are expected to just get on with it. But considering the level of stress you were under, your reaction was completely understandable.

    Did you manage to do anything nice for yourself to unwind after your shift?

    That's good to hear that going to the gym with your brother can help but it can be quite disheartening when it doesn't, is there anything else you like to do that can help boost your mood - any hobbies, having a nice bath, watching your fave show?
