    Hi @nem, that's a good question. Loneliness is a difficult feeling to deal with, and it includes our interaction with all sorts of relationships - romantic, friends, neighbours, family etc. But more so, it's about how connected we feel, and how much we feel like we belong in those groups. Just as someone can feel lonely with no friends, partners, neighbours etc, someone could also feel lonely while seemingly surrounded by people that they don't connect with.

    Do you feel lonely? And if so, would you be able to explain a little more about your thoughts and feelings on it? We're here to listen to you.
