Is the mix counselling unavailable at the moment?

Whenever I've tried filling out the form for the counselling (I've tried maybe every few months for a while now), it just says there are no slots currently available - no matter which criteria I choose. Is this a problem on my side or is it just unavailable right now? Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'm not sure where a better place would be. Thanks :)

    Hey @spikycactus and @eylah , you can E mail the counselling team here, they should be able to help, I was struggling to get a slot through the form but e mailed then ended up getting one.
