I’ve found the schedule don’t worry you guys. I’m sad I missed today’s one but I might go to tomorrow’s but it’s time management and I don’t really wanna talk about that. But I’ll definitely be there on Sunday!

Hiya @Seb How are you feeling today?. I only just woke up ish 😂 *my sleep schedule is so bad 👀 *. Today I got my volunteering at my local charity shop today in the afternoon, looks like it's going to be quite warm today I believe. I went out yesterday and it was so fun because they had a funfair thing near me so I had a look around and stuff.

I haven't seen the show Criminal Minds but it's definitely going to be on my list of shows to watch as I do love mystery and crime drama shows. It was so lovely out yesterday because it was quite sunny but also hot too but the weather wasn't too bad.

I know there's a support group that is run now and then also the well being thread is always handy to use for things. Although I am more than happy to support you and chat about anything on your mind even if you feel like it may not be that important I'm kinda similar because I often struggle with opening up about things in general.

I’m feeling pretty awful. I think me being sick doesn’t help at all. I feel unloved lonely and overlooked. It doesn’t help that I’ve missed the chat for two days in a row. I’ve started doing my DBT workbook so I’m hoping that this’ll help me eventually. I wanna order takeout or something but I know that it won’t help.

Hi. My friend said that they hate their life. I’ve said that I’m there for them beforehand and that I’ll listen to them but I don’t know what else to say to that. Any advice please?
