I feel horrible. I keep avoiding people, especially relatives because of social anxiety, trauma and self consciousness, but I know this isn't good and feel like a bad person

Thank you for sharing how you are feeling with us, it’s a brave thing to do.
Social anxiety and trauma are an extremely difficult thing to cope with and it can take everything out of us leaving us feeling so drained, I’m wondering what helps you cope with it?
It sounds like your self esteem is low and that’s okay, I’m sorry your feelings self conscious, we are here and we are listening if you’d like to share more!
You say you feel like a bad person however I think your just a human struggling with there mental health and is doing everything they can to get through it 💕

Honestly I've turned to social media to cope but it's rlly unhealthy but there's nothing else to rlly do.
i’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. i want you to know that you’re not a bad person, not even close! you are dealing with a lot, and it makes total sense that you’d want to protect yourself in the ways that feel safest right now. social anxiety and trauma can be incredibly isolating, but avoiding people doesn’t make you broken or bad - it just means you’re struggling, and that’s ok.
leaning on social media isn’t the best ofc, but it also makes sense, sometimes we reach for whatever feels like a lifeline in the moment. it doesn’t mean you’re failing. it means you’re human.
we are always here for you
