hey🙂

sooo i hate my (main) job sm basically lol today an occupational health advisor phoned me so i text her back saying i don’t like phone calls so is there an alternative, she said we could text.

she asked how am i getting on in work & so i need any support / adjustments, so i explained how i feel about work. she said she could pass my information to management / hr to which i said there is no point as i am looking for jobs elsewhere and dont feel supported when i, or my employment support officer has raised it already. she then replied telling me that the company i work for are a supportive company, i’m sorry but in what world…? after i replied she then said “So do you wish for me just to process and file your questionnaire stating no adjustments needed”, seems real supportive after claiming to be a supportive company:( after i said how im looking for jobs elsewhere as working there is definitely worsening my mental health she just replied with “ I hope you find what your looking for” - so what exactly is the supportive part then…?

i hate my job sm!!!!😭
