Hi, I’m new here
I’m not sure how this works but the mental health crisis hub recommended that I use this after feeling suicidal yesterday.
I don’t really know how to use this or what to use this for but yesterday just wanted to end it all after me and my ex bf split up. My moods are really extreme I can feel really depressed and barely able to brush my teeth in the mornings to being able to do absolutely everything and having all the energy in the world. My moods are always just all or nothing and I struggle to keep up with it.
I was already in a low state for a few weeks before but now I just feel so low and suicidal still from last night.
I don’t know what to do anymore I just want control over my emotions and my life.
