Random mood drops and sudden tiredness

Rose113Rose113 Community Connector Posts: 3,429 Boards Guru
Everyday out of nowhere I get random mood drops and at the same time sudden tiredness and I start to feel really drained and I don’t know why
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

@Rose113 sorry to hear that - I can imagine that might be frustrating if you're not sure why it's happening. Is there anything that you've found that affects this, for better or for worse?

Hey @Rose113 , this sounds really tiring to be coping with - a bit like living within a rollercoaster maybe. You're doing really well to talk about this.

I wonder whether you have felt able to speak to anyone else about what you're noticing? What sense do you make personally of the fact this is happening?

I'll share below some resources which could be helpful:
There is an organisation called Mood Swings Network which provides information, advice and support for people whose lives are affected by mood disorders or emotional distress. They also offer support for carers of people with mood disorders. You can contact their helpline Monday to Friday 10am-4pm. Their number is 0161 832 3736. You can also visit their website at www.moodswings.org.uk or send them an email at info@moodswings.org.uk.
