Think I’m running a bit low
I want to wake up earlier but it might make me manic I’ve been waking up 15 mins earlier per day but I always sleep after midnight because that’s when I eat and my end goal wakeup time is 4:55am
My ED makes it hard for me to change my eating schedule

Hey @nem, thank you for sharing your experience with us. I can hear how the combination of bipolar and ED can make it tricky to manage sleep and eating schedules. How do you feel in terms of the amount of sleep and nutrition you're getting? We're here to listen to you :)
