If you’ve ever watched 13 reasons why (16+) you may have come across the scene “I am a survivor” : 13 reasons why contains these following themes: suicide, self harm, drug misuse, violence, sexual assault, sex and strong language

We don’t often talk about the things we have survived so let’s show how powerful we really are; you don’t have to pick just 1 thing you can name them all!

This is how it works: you say “my name is *boards name or nickname we know you by* do not share you real name/ last name and i am a survivor of *share what your a survivor of”


I’ll go first My name is River and I am a survivor of abuse, DV, suicide, sexual assault and bullying
