I were thinking if carers saw me Self harming, wat would the proper way for them to deal with it?
Dw I'm gd today, but more than often I think. This was past events 😀

    How are you getting on today?

    Your carers likely have their own policies on how they would deal with this. Is this something you've experienced before or was you just feeling curious? If it's playing on your mind it might be worth asking them about it or asking your mum if she knows :)

    Also thank you for letting us know you're good and that this was past events. Can I ask if you're feeling good and safe today too?

    @Katie @eylah Yesterday I went away for a week, it was a relief :) today Im happy. I saw a person today who wanted to see me 😀. I'm feeling good. I watched a film this evening 😀
