My mum would literally hand me into the police so l'm just in such a debate on if | should tell my dad that it was me and don't tell mum. My mum is the main problem but she controls him & dunno if I should tell him to stop him from reporting back what he sees to mum or what I dunno but whatever happens I surely can't get in trouble legally for trespassing? I've literally helped them but my mum would go mental
I struggle with conflict environments and especially violence so it triggered me, I started shaking so I went to see Lucy and then broke down in tears to her so she sat with me. Theyve offered me to go to a different group that's calmer but I do like that group but it really did trigger me

Hope Again is a service for young people up to 25 who are affected by a bereavement. They're run by Cruse Bereavement Care and they offer support via phone, email & have online support through their website at www.hopeagain.org.uk. They are open Monday-Friday from 9.30am-5pm, and stay open until 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You can call them on 0808 808 1677 or email them at hopeagain@cruse.org.uk
Winston's Wish is a UK-wide national helpline offering support, information, and guidance to children, young people, and anyone caring for a child/young person who has been bereaved.
