Don't think anyone's said this one yet but I always loved Mr Popper's Penguins when I was younger, can't remember if it's "Christmassy" per se but definitely very winter themed.

I also love the Grinch and apparently they're making another film of it!

Not really a film but I really enjoyed the adaptation of the boy, the mole, the fox and the horse that came out last year on Christmas Eve.

I have to say I haven't watched many Christmas films (or films in general - I can't seem to sit through them lol) but I will be taking some inspiration from you all here. I do love The Snowman as it reminds me of my childhood and I've seen the theatre adaptation a few times. I do love Home Alone too!

Oh @lunarcat522 - you've just reminded me of that - I absolutely loved that animation from last year. I thought it had such a lovely meaning behind it about life, friendships, and kindness. <3

Elf and Home Alone 1 & 2 are my favourites!
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
