Hey @Past User, that's a good question. It can difficult to say sometimes, because there's a scale between "normal" behaviour and "obsessive" behaviour, with activity in the middle, "normal, but coming off strong". In a general sense, I'd say that it feels like the elements of normal attraction, but dialled up to a level that's pretty uncomfortable. For example:

    - Messaging back and forth is normal; being bombarded with calls and texts might be uncomfortable
    - Feeling some sort of emotional attachment is natural; feeling possessive over that person, to the point where jealousy and threats are made if they don't comply is definitely uncomfortable.

Would you be able to explain a little more about the situation? We're here to listen to you <3

@Past User That's okay, you can share only if you're comfortable to do so. Sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with The Mix last time - you deserve to be heard and listened to.

I'd suggest either trying The Mix again, or perhaps you could try contacting Samaritans to talk about how you feel:
