Can you report their messages to snap? As, I done that before! Reported someone’s messages, we’re for you <3

Morgyn, you hold the message you want to report, and and the very bottom it should say report press that and you get a load of reason to report!

This sounds really scary to have received a death threat @Past User. How has it left you feeling at the moment? Do you know who the death threat is from?

It sounds like you've made some good steps so far to keep yourself safe by blocking this person. If your not able to report them on Snapchat, another option is to report it to the police to help keep you safe. Threatening someone is a crime and the police are there to help you. You can ring them on 101 to report a death threat and they may be able to support you with the screenshot you've got too.

If you think your life is in immediate danger from this threat, we would encourage you to ring 999 so you can get some support quickly.

There's a really useful website called Report Harmful Content that guides you through how to report threats on different online platforms and they can also offer support if the platform doesn't take appropriate action on something you've reported. I just had a look for SnapChat and there's a few different ways you could report something to them depending on how you saw the threat. You can also report the profile of someone too. I hope this is helpful :)

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
