Hi @ellie2000 How was your weekend? I hope it was ok. Im hearing that your wondering how sometimes people telling you their problems can affect your feelings. I think sometimes you can feel sad on their behalf or worried for them depending on the cirumstances. U could feel it physically but mabye more emotionally as you might try and put yourself in their shoes to relate or be more empathetic towards them. Sometimes circumstances when peoples problems that they tell you could be triggering the main thing is to prioritise yourself andyour wellbeing.If someone has mabye told you something that has triggered you its important to acknowledge how you are feeling anc prioritise yourself.

@ebyrne556 It was gd, I play games to keep busy. I played 'lorelai' it's a ģame deloped by the same company who did 'the cat lady' I nearly stopped playing it coz it took a dark turn. On Sunday I watched 'willy's wonderland' on shudder which I recommend, then I watched the 'Harry n Megan' south park
Why do things tht çhange to horror keep u hooked?

Hey @ellie2000 Hope your weeks been good as well and im glad you had a a good weekend last weekend playing games and watching shows. To answer your question a state of wellbeing means being healthy and/or happy but can feel different for each individual
I think when people ask when the last time you felt it means that when was the last time you felt those feelings. Hope this helps
