how do i positive think, if i stay indoors?
It's great to hear that you're able to enjoy playing the keyboard and computer games again! It sounds like you've made progress in your personal growth and healing from past toxic experiences.
When it comes to positive thinking while staying indoors, there are several things you can do. First, try to focus on the things that bring you joy and make you feel fulfilled. This could be anything from reading a good book, trying out new recipes, practicing a hobby you enjoy, or watching your favorite movie or TV show.
It's also important to stay connected with loved ones, whether it's through phone calls, video chats, or messaging. Socializing with people who make you feel good and uplift your mood can help you stay positive.
Practicing mindfulness and meditation can also be helpful in promoting positive thinking. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath and being present in the moment can help reduce stress and improve your overall mood.
Finally, setting small achievable goals for yourself can help give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment, even while staying indoors. Whether it's learning a new skill, cleaning out your closet, or starting a daily exercise routine, setting goals and achieving them can help boost your confidence and mood.
