Hi @ellie2000 Firstly im really glad to hear that you are happy now in your new town and im glad its been working out better for you. I think with regards to doing hobbies that you got taken away from then I would say if you think you would enjoy them then go for it.Their might even be new things to take part in in your new area that you might enjoy so mabye just give these a go. What sorts of hobbies do you normally enjoy? Joining something new can be a really good way to meet new people and connect with your new community. It’s not too late to find something new. Personally ive never thought id be able to learn an instrument but have started guitar lessons and am really loving it. Let us know how you get on and i hope you enjoy your new hobby when you find one you enjoy
Hope you have a good Sunday and you know where we are if you need us.

i can play keyboard wen i want now, i enjoy computer games now, following story instead of doin it in a hurry, i lost ability to do those stuff for a while bc of i lived around toxic ppl. i had a convo with someone n i mentioned i wanted to join my grandparents bc they r in theyre in eternal sleep, but dont worry im looked after now :)
i used to go to discos, i was taken away frm tht along with clubs and socialising in general bc i had trust issues or its hard to find gd ppl.
how do i positive think, if i stay indoors?

It's great to hear that you're able to enjoy playing the keyboard and computer games again! It sounds like you've made progress in your personal growth and healing from past toxic experiences.

When it comes to positive thinking while staying indoors, there are several things you can do. First, try to focus on the things that bring you joy and make you feel fulfilled. This could be anything from reading a good book, trying out new recipes, practicing a hobby you enjoy, or watching your favorite movie or TV show.

It's also important to stay connected with loved ones, whether it's through phone calls, video chats, or messaging. Socializing with people who make you feel good and uplift your mood can help you stay positive.

Practicing mindfulness and meditation can also be helpful in promoting positive thinking. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath and being present in the moment can help reduce stress and improve your overall mood.

Finally, setting small achievable goals for yourself can help give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment, even while staying indoors. Whether it's learning a new skill, cleaning out your closet, or starting a daily exercise routine, setting goals and achieving them can help boost your confidence and mood.
