I hear you @Chloe234 it sounds like a lot is going on as well as dealing with high emotions. I hear that you are going back to school this Thursday. How are you feeling at the moment about going back?. I understand if it is hard to say but do feel free to talk on here. It sounds like something from your past has triggered you. I wish you good luck for going back on Thursday and I hope your first day goes really well for you :).

    Sending hugs,

I’m sorry to hear you are going through this at the moment @Chloe234. Remember that we are all here to listen to you if you do decide to share what you think has triggered these emotions for you, although I acknowledge how it may be difficult for you. Wishing you lots of luck on Thursday with going back to school, as I know how nerve-wracking it can be. Hopefully, everything turns out just fine for you.

Hi @Chloe234 I totally get you on the thing about starting your first year of gcses. I remember doing gcses and I too felt nervous. I think it is okay to feel nervous as your gcses kinda count as a milestone you do. But I'm sure you will do really really well and that you will do fantastic <3 . I hear you on the situation you went through and I can understand how it could trigger your ptsd especially if it was something from your past. I don't know if this might help but is there any wellbeing or safeguarding staff that you could possibly talk to if you are worried about having a panic attack, as you could explain what happened and it might help to ease with going into the class. I wish you all the best for your gcses and I hope everything goes well for you :)

    Sending hugs,

    Amy22 :)
