    Hey there's no need to be sorry. The combination of self hatred and loneliness can be awful, mostly because they feed into each other and it can be really easy to get stuck there. Is there anything that makes you feel like you can't open up to people? Specifically I mean, or is it just a feeling? You deserve help and to be able to open up to people. I'm around if you need anything, as are others.
