Glitches and trying to access the mix

hi,

this is so weird but my mobile is glitching and it is weird when i try to access the mix.

can anyone tell me why please?

    I've found the mix can be a bit iffy on mobile. I mainly use mobile and usually refreshing or closing and reopening whatever app you're using should help!
